    • Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. 
    • Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision. 
    • Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.

    The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed.



    • Experience in automotive sales required
    • A genuine focus on customer service.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
    • Team player with excellent judgment, integrity and communication skills.
    • Team Builder - Acts as a role model within the department while effectively providing feedback and earning respect as a leader.

    Hiring Requirements

    • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
    • This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
