Compensation Analyst – Dealership
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, assistance and guidance in the development of compensation plans within the company. Analysts utilize performance reporting and work with store management and executive leaders to provide recommendations and align compensation plans with company and store objectives and expectations. Analysts will develop plans that motivate employees to improve performance, attract new talent, retain existing employees, minimize risk and exposure, and reduce department payroll expense.
