    Director, Dealership Platforms


    As the Director, Dealership Platforms you will be responsible for maintaining and improving current relationships with DMS vendors as well as regularly evaluating the current portfolio in an effort to constantly improve cost effectiveness with the highest level of customer service through a business partner relationship.

    Position Overview


    Project Management Responsibilities

    • Manage relationships with DMS Vendors
    • Manage team of qualified DMS technicians, which administer and architect DMS platforms for dealerships
    • Identify opportunities to maximize the usage of DMS Platforms
    • Provide leadership across all company functions regarding how DMS platforms can support company objectives and major projects
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships across all company functions

    Policies, Procedures and Training Responsibilities

    • Rigor, follow-up and ability to successfully negotiate positively and directly are crucial characteristics in this role
    • Grow and expand skillsets of team so they are relevant to the projects and the organizational needs
    • Asses various dealership platform options to develop profiles of each platform and a recommend best practice for each

    • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
    • A graduate of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management
    • Display of mastery in heading a team to adhere to an execution methodology and originate high quality work outcome
    • Working knowledge of payroll processing

    Lithia Hiring Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 18 years or older
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
    • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
    • Clear pre-employment drug screen
