    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
    • Record contacts in LSMS.
    • Convert confirmed appointments to a Sales 
    • Make contact with assigned leads.
    • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
    • Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt
    • Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability
    • Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)
    • Receive credit applications (manually and online)
    • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications

    Qualifications

    • Prior Automotive dealership experience required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
    • Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.
    • Understand and implement dealership sales process
    • Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
    • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

    Hiring Requirements

    • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
