    Dealership Specialist


    The Dealership Specialist I is the key link between the Dealership and Dealership Accounting.  This position is an important position in the dealership and DMV functions that support the operations of the Dealership. Related tasks are very minimal, in many cases the individual may not post to the general ledger.  The role is based between the sales department and the accounting department.  Successful individuals will build strong relationships with department leads and quickly gain business and automotive acumen. High performers will work with the Dealership to track key performance indicators that drive financial performance. 


    Area of Responsibility


    • Manages collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks and credit card receipts
    • Review New & Used Retail Car Deals
    • Document Verification
    • Submission of Finance Contracts
    • Track Key Performance Indicators
    • Rebate and Incentive Trends
    • Operational Controls
    • DMV Functions
    • New and Used Car Title and Licensing
    • Operational Controls
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Dealership Experience (preferred)
    • Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)
    • A critical thinker and effective time manager.
    • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

    Hiring Requirements

    • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
