    Schedule: Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm, Monday & Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

          - Alternative Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, Friday & Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm

    Starting Wages: $15.45/hour, plus bonus opportunities based on individual performance

    Job Description

    Business Development Center Administrator

     

    Responsibilities:

    The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all Lithia customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within a Lithia Dealership.

    • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
    • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
    • Utilize computer skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
    • Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their Lithia experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered, and escalate any major issues for further review.
    • Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous Lithia customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

    Qualifications:

    • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
    • Working knowledge of computers, including experience with Excel and the ability to type efficiently and accurately
    • Basic phone skills, multi-line phone experience is a plus
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence
