    IT Administrator

     

    This position is responsible for administering general requests for the IT Department regarding payments, equipment purchases, software licensing, shipments, reporting, Support ticket tracking and communication with all stores and Support Services.

     

    The IT Administrator reports to the Director of IT Projects.

    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

    Area of Responsibility

    • Primary responsibilities include:
      • Process requests for IT Equipment and generate appropriate documentation
      • Generation and tracking of IT Purchase Orders and quote requests
      • Timely tracking and processing of invoices
      • Assist in additional processing of general store requests
      • Assist with front reception as needed
      • Create and update various spreadsheets; follow through on company required paperwork and communication
      • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of invoices
      • Assist with providing general information and direction to organization and vendors as it relates to IT processes
      • Timely processing of packages and shipments
    • Handle diverse tasks that need immediate attention
    • Assist in departmental compliance audits, focusing on accuracy, documentation and completeness
    • Type correspondence, forms, and other documents and file as assigned
    • Scan documents as needed
    • Assist in daily department support, as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

    • Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
    • Knowledge of IT equipment and terms
    • Experience working in an office environment

    • Working Conditions: Indoor office environment, considerable use of telephone, computer and other office equipment

     

    Lithia Hiring Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 18 years or older
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
    • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
    • Clear pre-employment drug screen
