    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

     

    The Hiring Support Administrator is responsible for providing support and assistance to the HR Resource Department and Talent Team by performing functions and activities in the iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and all related hiring duties.  Come and take the journey with one of the largest and most successful publicly  traded retail automotive groups in the nation.

    • Possess a thorough knowledge of all Talent Acquisition & Development Department hiring processes, procedures and methodologies. 
    • Ensure all compliance associated with the company’s hiring practices.
    • Ongoing review and maintenance of processes and procedures to ensure consistent application and accuracy.
    • Complete functions in the ATS platform.
    • Run weekly/monthly reports through iCIMS platform.
    • Complete audits of individual systems. 
    • Ensure a complete positive hiring experience for the applicant-candidate-new employee.
    • Other duties and complete special projects, as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking systems and software.
    • Prior experience working in a Human Resource role or department is a plus.
    • Experience working with confidential information.
    • Associates degree or equivalent is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
    • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
    • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and tact.
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
