    This posting is for a full-time position. Scheduled hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

    Starting wages: $13.00/hour, DOE

    Job Description

    Customer Service Representative

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer follow-up according to Lithia specifications and recording and tracking progress.
    • Representative must prepare monthly Comparative Analysis Reports and Impact Reports, and understand manufacturer data, including Manufacturer Certification Programs and Survey Data and Applications.
    • Customer Service Representative must also conduct introductory training and proactively support team and teammates.

    Qualifications:

    • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
    • Working knowledge of computers, including experience with Excel and the ability to type efficiently and accurately
    • Basic phone skills, multi-line phone experience is a plus
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence
