    Dealership Office Manager/Controller – Twin Falls, ID

     

    We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Controller with strong accounting and management experience to lead the dealership accounting team in Twin Falls, Idaho. Automotive industry experience a HUGE plus! This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to push their career to the next level.

    Job Description

    As the Office Manager/Controller, you will be responsible for leading the office team in ensuring all store transactions are processed accurately and timely. To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in all facets of accounting, cost control, collections, margin expansion and financial controls. You must possess proven leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on communication and customer relations in a fast-paced environment 

    The Office Manager/Controller reports directly to the Area Controller, but is a key day-to-day business partner with the dealership General Manager and various department managers. 

     

    This position oversees multiple stores and has growth potential to oversee additional locations! 

     

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience managing an office team REQUIRED
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration PREFERRED or commensurate experience
    • Automotive dealership industry experience PREFERRED but willing to train the right person!
    • Solid working knowledge of financial controls, accounting functions, expense analysis, and balance sheet reviews
    • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; ADP/CDK knowledge is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Professional with strong business acumen and high attention to detail
    • Ability to recruit, train and maintain a high-caliber staff
    • MUST have a positive and encouraging attitude!
