    Job Description


    • Facilitate loaning out vehicles to clientele
    • Conduct visual inspection of all vehicles being loaned out and checked in
    • Maintain fleet inventory; including removing adn inputting vehicles to the loaner fleet
    • Ensure all loaner vehicles are prepped and cleaned for clients the day before pick-up
    • Maintain accurate records of fleet, including the filing of loaner paperwork and keeping a constant track of inventory
    • Ensure all Vehicle Booklets are organized and acccounted for at all times
    • Maintain open communication with teh service departmant and sales department, including the General Manager
    • Ensure complete client satisfaction. Eliminate any client confusion and help to resolve any issues
    • Ensure all cliens are greeted prompty and professionally


    • Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
    • Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
    • Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
    • Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations
    • Basic Computer skills
    • Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions 
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
