This posting is for a full-time position, scheduled hours Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm with an hour lunch break. Pay DOE.

Job Description


As a Body Shop Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner. The Body Shop Administrator works closely with all Body Shop staff to collect all required transaction information.

  • Review invoices, reports, memos and correspondence to ensure accounting records and documents are accurate.
  • Process and track accounts receivable applications.
  • Work with customers and Support Services to collect, maintain and report accurate accounts receivable. 
  • Close all work orders in a timely manner while following proper procedures.
  • Process all payments in a timely manner.
  • Process and track accounts payable invoices and vendor applications.
  • Track and assist with the coordination of Parts schedules
  • Process and review payroll for all Body Shop staff
  • Perform general office duties, order supplies, file, mail processing and distribution and maintain records management database systems.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Office Administrative - Admin Assistant - Body Shop



  • Experience in an office administrator role or dealership setting, preferred
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid systems experience
  • Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18-years-old
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence
