    Job Description

    Business Development Center Administrator



    The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator for the Sales department is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all Lithia customers as it pertains sales, leases, and wholesales within the dealership.

    • Coordinate all front-end paperwork for trade-ins/purchases.
    • Schedule, track, and meet with customers regarding all new leases and lease returns.
    • Construct deals for wholesales and coordinate with team to ensure proper preparation of the vehicle.
    • Maintain accurate reporting and files for all leases, wholesales, trade-ins, and consignments.
    • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
    • Utilize computer skills within our sales department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Highly self-motivated/independent worker
    • Any dealership/CDK experience is a plus
    • Presentation skills - ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
    • Teaching – ability to teach others how and why to perform their job
    • Time Management – manage one’s own time
    • Typing – ability to type efficiently
    • Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems.
    • Basic computer skills and an ability to learn new software
    • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence.
