Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

The Lithia Lease Maturity Manager is responsible for all customer communication relating to lease contract end. The Lease Maturity Manager will be provided with a book of business and several software tools from which to prospect and manage their calendar. They will be responsible for completing scheduled outreach in the form or phone calls and/or emails, generating appointments to evaluate lease vehicles resulting in additional opportunities for repeat business.

 

The Lease Maturity Manager reports to the Customer Retention Manager and partners with the Sales Managers to present product and financial information.

  • Consistently meet and exceed goals relating to customer outreach, accurately logging notes from customer conversations, and generating new business opportunities in the form of appointments for lease evaluations.
  • Generate a pipeline of prospect customers based on months remaining and customer feedback.
  • Properly update all digital records relating to vehicle ownership status and customer contact info.
  • Provide an outcome for every leased vehicle at or before contract end date
  • Learn the correct presentation of product knowledge and financial information.
  • Partner with the sales team and managers to ensure smooth customer hand-off and follow up if support is needed.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, dealership/department processes, and keep current with certifications and licenses. 

Qualifications:

 

The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:

  • Time Management – manage one’s own time without daily direct supervision
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including but not limited to typing, Microsoft Outlook email and Internet browser navigation.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a pleasant, professional demeanor in every customer interaction and polished appearance.
  • Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and consistently complete the daily process.
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable generating your own opportunities to do business
