Job Description

Assistant Office Manager



The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Office Manager, office team, and department leaders are supported and that all store transactions are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with Company and manufacturer policies and procedures. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all store transactions
  • Seek out training and development opportunities as needed to support office team
  • Participate in supporting a positive Office culture, embracing the core values
  • Work with the Office Manager to create and maintain position outlines for office staff, as needed
  • Gain knowledge on recruiting, hiring and training office positions
  • Participate in regular National OM communications
  • Communicate with office team, department managers and Support Services personnel in professional manner


  • High school degree with bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience with ADP Dealer Services
  • Ability to work with high performing personnel
  • Prior dealership or operational accounting experience, with increasing responsibilities
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work effectively with internal and external teams, communicating and participating in a constructive manner
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
