BDC Administrator - Call Center- Appointment Coordinator - Customer Service


DCH Paramus Honda is one of over 160 Lithia Motors Dealerships Nationwide. 

We are looking for Friendly and Motivated people to join our growing Service Department Call Center.


Applicants must be self-motivated, with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and good communication skills. We need people who have the ability to work as team players as well as to work independently.


Job Description



  • The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls from service customers looking to schedule service appointments for their vehicles.
  • This individual completes all reports and administrative procedures required.
  • This position also involves outbound calls to customers in database and responding to Internet and telephone customer inquiries as well as occasionally greeting customers in person as they enter the dealership and directing them to the right locations.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a call center enviroment preferred.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills 
  • Must have strong computer and phone skills and must pay careful attention to detail
  • Will be required to answer heavy inbound call traffic, as well as make outbound calls and emails to clients every day.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18-years-old
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
  • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
  • Clear pre-employment drug screen
