Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees accuracy of processes performed by Administrators.
  • Evaluates operational performance of assigned section and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reviews work methods and intra-departmental procedures to ensure effective workflow.
  • Implements changes in operational procedures to improve efficiency/effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Accounting Department to ensure proper accounting postings.
  • Ensures deadlines are being met.
  • Evaluates and provide feedback on employee performance.
  • Prepares routine correspondence regarding processing for the department and the stores.
  • Analyzes data to make best practice recommendations and identify possible expense control items.
  • Complete special projects and reports as assigned.
  • Encourage cooperation and teamwork among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years Public Accounting experience
  • Ability to adapt frequently to change, delays or unexpected events in the workplace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • PC skills including knowledge of MS Office.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience required.
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
