Lead a team of Digital Analysts and website experts to help stores attain the best digital ROI in the industry. Collaborate with other Lithia leaders to support Human Resources, Operations and Lithia Direct Sales with their digital channel activities.

Experience with website platforms, digital media channels, social media and marketing analysis is required. Knowledge of the automotive industry and retail operations is beneficial.
This role reports to Lithia’s Chief Marketing Officer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Lead strategic thinking on how to leverage technology to improve our customers’ experience and our stores’ productivity.
Lead e-retail innovations that help us execute an omni-channel strategy
Supervise Store Website Support Team (IRC)
Supervise purchase and execution of digital media channels (SEO, SEM, Display, re-targeting, Social)
Supervise Marketing Measurement/ROI
Lead Social Media Strategy including reputation management and Social as media channel
