Job Description

Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all store transactions are processed accurately and timely in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer policies and procedures.  You will work closely as a business partner with our store leadership team.  To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in all facets of accounting, cost control, collections, and margin expansion and financial controls.  You must possess proven leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on communication and customer relations. The Office Manager will encounter sensitive customer and company financial information.

 


Office Manager - Controller - Admin Manager - Automotive Sales


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or commensurate experience
  • Two years of experience in an office/administrative management position
  • Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and collections
  • Working knowledge of dealership financial statements and dealership operations preferred
  • Ability to embrace and embody our Core Values
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
